Meet the Owner

Doug Haneborg is the franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals, serving the greater Treasure Valley area, including Boise, Nampa, Caldwell and Fruitland, ID . The Express Employment Professionals franchise is part of a network of over 600 franchisees forming Express Services, the fourth largest staffing company in the United States.  Express also operates internationally in Australia, Canada and South Africa.
 
Mr. Haneborg opened his most recent office at 9050 W. Overland Rd. Boise, ID in December 2006. Since that time, his firm has employed thousands of great people with various companies throughout the area.

Prior to opening his offices, Doug worked for Express Services, Inc., the International Headquarters for Express Employment Professionals, located in Oklahoma City, OK.   After earning his bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Oklahoma, he started his career in business development for Express Employment Professionals in the Norman, OK branch.  Doug worked for Express Services Inc. and Express Employment Professionals for a total of seven years. In his business development role, he oversaw the creation and growth of new accounts. Doug’s dedication to high quality and customer service allowed him to differentiate Express Employment Professionals from their competition. Throughout his career, Doug has been actively involved in customer service, human resources, marketing and operations.

Doug's entrepreneurial spirit brought him to Boise in 2006 to open his three Express offices. Doug has identified the robust economic growth in the region and the hospitality of Boise’s residents for choosing this market as his home.
